Pyometra is a secondary infection that occurs as a result of hormonal changes in the female's reproductive tract. Following estrus (heat), the hormone progesterone remains elevated for up to two months and causes the lining of the uterus to thicken in preparation for pregnancy.

There is no exact drug to treat Pyometra, you need a complex therapy. Usually antibiotics are used but you need a veterinarian to check on how to treat it. In some cases surgery is needed. Better consult a veterinarian.

In some cases Alizin is used to treat Pyometra: https://homelabvet.com/product/alizin-30-mg-ml-aglepristone-10-ml/

Also you need to give vitamins like Catosal: https://homelabvet.com/product/catosal-10-vitamin-b12-genuine-100ml/
